Founded by Property Managers in 2021, Novex FM have a modern approach to a traditionally rigid field. We aim to solve problems that property management customers face on a day-to-day basis by offering an all encompassing array of services your managed properties will require.

We began with humble beginnings, serving a small handful of Manchester-based clients with national portfolios, before expanding our service to the wider market in early 2022. Now responsible for the maintenance and compliance works at over 500 blocks and 350,000 residential units across the UK, we take pride in delivering a service like no other in what has previously been seen as a boring industry.
